Today we have another project kicking off in Malibu. The hillside
behind this home had shifted, creating big cracks in the walls and
making the structure unsound. The house needed to be removed and
fortunately the owners opted to deconstruct and donate.
We'll be saving some nice cabinetry and fixtures along with all the
home's lumber. And good news, the hardwood flooring was not glued down
and will be salvageable for reuse!
