Manhattan Beach Home 80% Recycled

Recently we began deconstruction on a property in the Manhattan Beach area of Los Angeles. The lot includes a main home and guest home which total around 3,000 squre feet.
We were able to remove a great selection of doors, cabinetry, built-in desks, entertainment centers and vanities with gorgeous, modern sinks and hardware. All of which have been donated to Habitat for Humanity's Home Improvement Store in Gardena.
All in all, we were able to reuse at least 80% of this property. Check out this beautiful spiral staircase:

The next step is to carefully recover the homes' raw building materials, including subfloors and lumber, which will be donated to Corazon. Thanks to the homeowners for making the decision to deconstruct...and for Thinking Outside the Roll-off!
